A Legacy of Care: Meet Jeff Chapman

For Jeff Chapman, the standard for excellence in care was set long before he began his career. As the great-great-grandson of Dr. William Mayo, co-founder of the world-renowned Mayo Clinic, Jeff grew up with a profound respect for medical innovation and the philosophy that the needs of the patient must always come first.

This heritage of service was further personalized by his uncle, the pioneering neurosurgeon Dr. John Douglas French. After Dr. French diagnosed his own Alzheimer’s, Jeff spent years visiting him in a specialized memory care unit. Those visits—observing the intersection of high-level medicine and everyday human dignity—became the catalyst for Chapman Senior Solutions.

Today, Jeff combines the analytical precision of his Economics degree from UC Santa Cruz with the empathy he’s learned from his family’s medical legacy. He is supported by his wife, Lindsay, a healthcare professional who has been his partner in life and inspiration for over 25 years.

Together, they are the “proudest parents in the world” to two high-achieving children who embody the family’s drive and heart. Their son is currently thriving as an Economics major at UC Santa Barbara, balancing his studies with a dedicated work ethic. Their daughter, a world-class competitive cheerleader, is pursuing a future in medicine as an aspiring Nurse Anesthesiologist, already earning academic scholarships for her university studies.

Jeff is dedicated to helping families navigate the complexities of senior care with the same integrity, stability, and excellence that have defined his family for generations.

A Mission of Compassion: Meet Lindsay Chapman

For over 20 years, Lindsay has dedicated her career to helping seniors and their families navigate the often overwhelming world of healthcare. Her background spans hospice care, home healthcare, and senior placement services—experience that gives her a deep, 360-degree understanding of both the practical and emotional sides of aging.

Lindsay’s mission is deeply personal. She entered the field after her own father’s battle with cancer, an experience that revealed how confusing and stressful it can be to find the right care during a crisis. That journey became her North Star: ensuring that no family has to face these life-changing decisions alone.

As a healthcare professional and the inspiration behind Chapman Senior Solutions, Lindsay’s work is a true family endeavor. Alongside her husband, Jeff, she has spent the last two decades building a life centered on service and advocacy. For Lindsay, every family she helps is treated with the same level of attention and care she gives her own.

Lindsay has been the steady support behind her children’s remarkable journeys. She takes immense pride in seeing her son balance his Economics studies at UC Santa Barbara with a strong work ethic, and in watching her daughter pursue a future in medicine. Seeing her daughter’s path toward becoming a Nurse Anesthesiologist—while competing on a world-class cheerleading stage—is a proud continuation of the caregiving spirit that defines the Chapman family.

Today, Lindsay works one-on-one with seniors and their loved ones to identify the best living options for their unique needs, preferences, and budget. Her goal is simple—to take a complex, difficult process and make it feel manageable, supportive, and above all, human.
